Joe Ambrus is our resident wine and cheese expert. As a club member, he enjoys club events and continues to expand his knowledge on food and wine. Recently, he opened a cheese shop called Goat Inc in Clarkson. He is a certified Sommelier and is an expert on food and wine pairings.
